Torque wrenches

Torque Master tools manufactures torque wrenches. These are used in various operations where proper torquing of nuts, bolts and other fasteners is critical. These wrenches are of four types: i) Standard model - are available for torque range from 2 to 2000 lb-ft/0.3 to 275 kg.m and 3 to 2700 Nm. ii) Production torque wrenches: are pre-set with one particular torque for repetitive production applications. The advantage of this type is to prevent the tampering of torque setting during assembly and to save considerable time. iii) Ratchet head model: this has a built-in ratchet mechanism for working in confined area. These torque wrenches are also available to cover a torque range from 2 to 2000 lb-ft/0.3 to 275 kg.m and 3 to 2700 Nm and iv) Open jaw fixed type torque wrench: is fitted with an open jaw adaptor and set a pre-determined torque. It is ideal for places where vertical clearance is restricted. These are available to cover across flat sizes from 10 to 46 mm with torque preset to one value as per requirement. All Torque Master torque wrenches are calibrated on mechanical torque tester to an accuracy of ±5% as per International Standards.
