Anil Machines manufactures Tool Room CNC Lathe. This machine is suitable for tool room purpose. This is a manual machine with 2 axes automatic motion control. The headstock of the machine is geared type with 2.2 kW induction motor. The maximum spindle speed is 1800 RPM. It is provided with Sinumerik 802-S controller with pre-defined auto cycles, which makes it possible to machine customised parts every time. The machine also facilitates long copy turning jobs to be done with ease because of large admit between centre. Both X-axes are controlled by stepper motor. The X-axis and Z-axis can also be controlled individually by operating the two electronic hand wheels. The bed length is 1625 mm. The centre height is 180 mm. The admit between centres is 840 mm.
