Tool presetter

Conuco Machines manufactures a tool presetter. The guideways of horizontal and vertical movement corresponding to X and Z axis of tool offsets are hardened and ground and mating parts made with Turcite lining. Precision ground spindle is mounted in ultra precision bearings, manual/pneumatic/hydraulic tool holder clamping. Many optional features are available.Specifications: measuring range - 300 dia/(500 dia), length 50-400/(50-600); dial indicator - 0.01 (0.001); digital readouts - 0.01 (0.001); spindle taper - to suit machine; and optional features - projector 10x, 20x,tool trolley, auto tool clamp and motorised movements.
