Tinplate/Tin Free/Misprint

Tinplate is a low carbon steel sheet (base metal) coated on both sides with a thin layer of tin through an electrolytic process. Tin-Free Steel (TFS) is also known as chromed steel, as it is obtained by coating the metal base (low-carbon steel) with an ultra-thin layer of metallic chrome and then with a chromium oxide layer. Misprint is the large quantities of tinplate sheet, which go waste in the process of printing of tin cans and containers.
