Britcorn Devices offers Time Totalisers. It is manufactured using the latest micro-controller technology. It can be used where machine run time/ time taken to complete a particular process or for laboratory test equipments where timing audit is of importance. The meter can be programmed for multi mode resolution and has 6 digit red/ green LED display. The device has got battery back up to totalise the time in case of power failure for specific application. Reset of the timing is protected, which will avoid accidental erasure of the stored timing. The device can be used to study the productivity of a machine. BD-LCD is a higher end system which can be used to monitor On/ Off status of 8/ 16 machines at a time. It has a very large non-volatile memory of 512 k to store status data on real time mode. The machine status will be recorded on real time and can be interfaced to PC or online print can be had with real time date time stamp. Additional features can be added for machine fault diagnosis. So a detailed report can be generated for machine break down analysis. Uses: production time measurement; fuel consumption audit, pump run time; preventive maintenance, lubrication system, etc.
