Protrol Process Control offers Thyristor Power Packs, PRTL THYMH 9107. It is available in medium and high capacities. It is a microprocessor based device. Its features are: up to 3000 A phase angle or PWM models - field selectable; two leg or three leg models, PWM I/P, 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20 mA or contact I/P; with power limit and current limit; three phase or single phase models; with feed back current control facility; with fuse fail, main fail, fault annunciation, etc; in-built semiconductor fuse protection; with forced air or water cooling options; with in-built dv/dt protection; and optional RS232 or RS485 interface. Applications: furnace industries, ovens and incubators, heat treatment industries, switching any heating loads, transformer primary switching, switching of silicon carbide heating loads, switching of heating loads, etc.
