Ruby Electronic Enterprises offers Thyristor AC Switches. It is also called as solid-state AC switches. It is available in both 1-phase and 3-phase configurations. Ratings: 100 A to 5000 A/230 to 660 V AC. Features: control - low voltage DC 12 to 32 V; input/ output - op to isolated; switching - random/ zero voltage; and control current - 100 mA maximum. Applications: resistance/ spot welding machines, furnace controls, motor starters, pumps, switchgears and fuse test benches, transformer, switching and control (load PF 0.5), soft start, AC power controls, etc.
