Three-roll plate bending machine

Chawla machine tools offers "Tee" three-roll pyramid type power operated plate bending machine. Heavy steel fabricated housings are mounted on heavy girders. There are fixed bottom rolls with rolls of EN8 steel running in gunmetal bushes. Main drive is through a series of hob cut steel gears and worm reduction gearbox. There is also manual opening of side frame for removal of formed shell. The three-roll plate-bending machine comes in two models - TPH and TPVP. In TPH model, top roll movement is manual and conical bending attachment is an optional feature. In TPVP model, there is power pull down of top roll with drive through worm gears and separate electric motor and clutch provided to regulate top roll movement fecilitating conical bending. Machines are available in thickness capacity from 3 to 35 mm and width ranging from 1.25 to 3 metres.
