THREAD ROLLING MACHINES

Machine Tool Equipment offers Thread Rolling Machines, MTR-1. Its automatic centralised lubrication system minimises the maintenance. It is used extensively for burnishing and straightening (engine valves). The other models are MTR-1, MTR-3, MTR-6 (mechanical); MTR-8, MTR-10, MTR-15, (hydraulics); and MTR-20, MTR-30, MTR-40 (Expo). It is based on the renowned principle of symmetrical movement of both roll shafts. A feature called circular ground guide bars was incorporated for enhancing the rigidity of the machine. The tilting of the shaft makes through feeding simple and easy.
