Asiatic Plastic Packaging Industries is a major manufacturer of sheet extrusion, thermoforming, vacuum pressure forming and injection moulding in Malaysia. The company manufactures thermoforming, vacuum pressure forming and injection moulding products, as well as various plastic products for a variety of packaging requirements such as food packaging, food trays, bowl, jars, container, cup, lids, boxes for the Asian plastic and food industry. The thermoforming and vacuum pressure forming products range is made up of PS, OPS, PP, PET, PVC and multilayer PP/EVOH/PP transparent or coloured materials. The products are suitable for packing confectionery, breads, fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, Japanese sushi, frozen food, margarine, yoghurt, beverages, etc. The entire food-packaging product is using FDA approved food grade materials that are recyclable, non-toxic and environmentally friendly. The company also provides in-house process sheet extrusion services. For example, it can specially design and improve materials to meet customers' requirements for temperatures ranging from -40°C to 130°C. It also provides six colour offset printing service to improve and value added the plastics end products for consumer.
