Thermoforming machine

FST 230 is an automatic thermoforming machine with forming, sealing and trimming being the operating sequence. The machines are available for both rigid and flexible packing. Sequence of operation: the bottom web is drawn through a set of rollers on to a gripper chain. It is passed on to the forming station trough the preheating station (if required), where the film is formed into cavities. The cavities are then moved through the loading area, where the product is fed manually or automatically depending on the product. The cavities filled with the product, are then moved to the sealing station. The sealing web is either in form of a roll or a stack of cards. The packs then proceed to the trimming station where the packs are cut according to the requirements. Brief technical specifications: max thermoforming area 210 x 275 mm; max thermoforming depth - 60 mm; max speed - 20 cycles/min; max advance - 300 mm; and power consumption - 4.5 kW.
