THERMOCOUPLES, RTDs & THERMOWELLS

Toshniwal Industries offers a wide range of accurate, compact, fast responding Thermocouples, RTDs & Thermowells. Their applications are in chemical plants, power plants, steel plants, etc. These thermocouples are available in: temperature range of -200°C to +1800°C; in types F, K, etc; with simplex and duplex elements; standard and flameproof connecting heads; various sheaths; and mounting either fixed or adjustable. Toshniwal RTDs are available in the temperature range (-)200°C to (+)850°C with class "A" and "B" accuracy. The mounting of RTDs is either fixed or adjustable. These RTDs normally consist of protection sheath with mounting connection and cast aluminium head. The assembly consists of Pt 100 element with connection leads; and insulation by ceramic multi bore tube/beads in a stainless steel sheath with ceramic terminal block and brass terminals. Mineral insulated RTDs are also available. RTDs are also available in Pt 46, Pt 1000, Cu 50 and Cu 53. Toshniwal thermowells are available in materials like SS304, SS316 for regular applications, inconel, SS310, etc, for high temperature; lined or coated with tungsten carbide for corrosive chemicals; solid sintered tungsten carbide and silicon carbide for corrosive gasses; and provided in designs like standard, screwed wells and flanged wells.
