Thermal fuses

Limitor offers Thermal fuses. This range of thermal fuses are designed for use as a safety over temperature device for any thermal application that requires positive one-shot current interruption. It will automatically open a circuit and switch off an appliance, if permissible operating temperature of application is exceeded. The response temperature can only be set by the manufacturers. In order to restore the electric circuit once again the thermal fuse must be substituted as a whole with the same type number and temperature. Miniature thermal fuse type F, S, T, Y rated at 3, 5, 10, 12 A respectively and 250 V AC housed in PBT enclosure are designed for fusing temperature of 75?C, 100?C, l20?C, 130?C and 145?C. Thermal fuses type R, B, TS1, TSD rated at 4, 6, 10 A respectively and 250 V AC are designed for fusing temperature ranging from 160?C to 340?C. These are used in irons, ovens, transformers, air conditioners, compressors, coffee makers, computers, etc.
