Thermal De-coating Chambers

Hightemp Industries offers a Thermal De-coating Chamber (TDC). It is an eco and user-friendly oil/ gas fired equipment. It is used for stripping coated paints and powder coatings from jigs, fixtures, grates, hooks, etc. It is also used to treat wrongly coated components to save production loss. The process totally differs from conventional cleaning by manual labour and hence economical. Since the cleaning is done in a closed chamber, the process is efficient and the exhaust emission in the process is non-toxic and harmless. Further, thermal distortion of parts is avoided by using this equipment. It is ideal for all types of industrial paint shops in automobile, textile, white goods, engineering, and other large-scale industries that have paint shops.
