Temperature sensor/thermocouples for gas turbine

They are mineral insulated Thermocouples used in applications in gas turbines. The range includes thermocouples for: a) Wheel space - these thermocouples are designed and processed through very special swaging and annealing technique to have 1.6 mm OD at the tip of 12" while rest of the thermocouples are having 3.2 mm OD. Special care is taken in the annealing to give the thermocouples 100% stress free sheathing to provide maximum flexibility, as the same has to be routed through curved path of about 5 metres; b) Exhaust: this thermocouple also has the same application requirements. It has 1.6 mm dia at tip of about 15 mm and rest of the sheathing is of 5 mm; and c) Bearing: the bearing thermocouples/RTD are miniature in size and rugged to withstand heavy vibrations.
