Telescopic belt conveyor

Vega Conveyors & Automation offers products used where there are space restrictions and Container/truck loading and unloading operations. The special purpose telescopic conveyor comes in a number of stages as per design criteria. It is engineered for easy transfer of products to the required area of operation quickly and smoothly. The stages of the telescopic boom conveyor is decided by the desired expanded and the compressed length of the conveyor. It reaches to the end of the vehicle or another conveyor providing smooth uninterrupted flow from the beginning to the end of the conveyor. The boom and the belt drive are controlled by simple push buttons and the boom can be extended or retracted to where ever the operator requires. Its versatility can be gauged by the fact the belt can run in either direction making it useful for loading and unloading operations and also the system can be inclined to facilitate loading or unloading operations at places where there is no bay. The belt width is chosen to accommodate various sizes of packages and can be anywhere from 250 to 1000 mm. Custom built belts take care of proper gripping of packages. The boom conveyor is robust in construction and lightweight that facilitates easy mobility to various places with ease. The machine is aesthetically designed and is engineered to international standards of quality. The machine comes with additional features like: a) 360?C bottom swivel angle to make it operate at different places or in places where there are two loading bays and b) Castor wheel mounting for easy mobility.
