Techtrol Compact Displacer
Pune Techtrol introduces a new cost effective, compact displacer switch in PP construction to suit water, dilute acids and alkalis for medium tanks.
- It consists of dual PP displacers, suspended through a rope and connected to an actuating lever of a micro switch at its upper end. The position of each PP displacer corresponds to a preset level and the distance between two displacers corresponds to control range of displacer switch.
- It is a top mounted switch, suitable for tanks up to 3 m in height. It is suitable for outdoor mounting with weather proof enclosure
- Preset levels points are easily site adjustable and are easy to install – can be flanged or clamped on tank. These are suitable for 70ºC temperature and 1 kg/cm2 pressure. They offer latched switching with a contact rating of 5 A @ 230 V AC for pump control.
- The other applications include sumps, overhead/storage/process/dosing tanks in utilities, WTP, STP and ETP.
