Taper/Closure/Collar/Pressure Plugs

ABC has developed taper/closure/collar/pressure plugs BSP, BSPT, NPT, NPTF and mm sizes. The range includes hex socket, hex head and square head type pressure plugs – BSP straight parallel thread DIN-913 type flat point, BSPT 1/8" to 2", NPT-NPTF 1/16" to 2', mm size 6 to 36 mm dia, BSPT O/S length 1/8" to 1.1/2" dia; hex socket type Allen plugs (closure plugs) – DIN-908 type BSP 1/8" to 2" dia (10 to 56 mm); hex head collar type or flanged/washer faced type – BSP 1/8" to 1.1/2" dia (10 to 36 mm); orifice, jet and duse type hex socket plugs – O-ring fitted DIN-908 type BSP and mm size; and hex socket Allen plugs/closure plugs. Standard references: the items can be made as per IS, BS, JIS, GOST, ASTM, ISO and DIN standards or as per given drawings or samples. Details of threads: threads can be BSP, BSPT, NPT, NPTF, mm size or fine pitch. Materials: MS 4.6 grade, EN-8 6.6, 8.8 grades, EN-19 10.9 grade, brass, SS 304 and 316, R, S, T, V grades. Applications: hydraulic pneumatic pumps and valves, tractors, automobiles, machine tools, light and heavy engineering industries, chemical, etc., service industries.
