IDMC is a pioneer in the manufacturing of road and rail tankers for carrying milk and other edible liquids. These are manufactured on fixed and articulated chassis, capacities ranging from 3,000 to 21,000 litres. The company also manufactures tow type tankers. The road milk tankers are exported to neighboring countries. IDMC has manufactured rail milk tankers of capacity 50,000 litres which gives it the distinction of being the only company that manufactures such tankers. The fabrication shop of IDMC is equipped with excellent facilities for material handling, welding and finishing. It is suitable for fabrication job for dairy, brewery, distillery, fermentation, and fruits and vegetables industries. The fabrication facilities at IDMC are being further strengthened to handle larger jobs for chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
