Switch tripping unit

Nana Industries offers a range of industrial battery chargers. Industrial battery chargers are commonly used in electric power sub-stations to operate the tripping coils of OCB"s and they are known as switch tripping units. The switch tripping units are made in two basic models:i) with battery enclosure, and ii) without battery enclosure.The DC DB (ie, DC distribution board) can be provided in both the versions. All standard indications and protections are provided such as over charging protection, short circuit protection, over load protection, etc. The battery charger unit is made in Z section CRS sheet metal cabinet with suitable angle frame for battery mounting and are provided with adequate ventilation. The battery compartment is sealed off from the charger section and is specially treated to withstand acid fumes. The entire cabinet is coated with grey export stoving paint.Technical specifications: input voltage - 415/440 V 3-phase; battery capacity - 20-80 AH; battery voltage - 2 x 55 cells; and rated current - 6 A.
