Surface Grinding Machines

Speedfam (India) offers Surface Grinding Machines. It is an in-line continuous flow through feed type. Its is most suitable for ferrite cores, "E" cores, Zinc Oxide lightening arrestors, valve plates, engine blocks, etc. It gives many advantages over conventional surface grinding, as no fixture is required for magnetic parts. Productivity increases in multifold, thus manufacturing cost reduces substantially and return on investment is high. Its range includes through feed grinding, electrolytic de-burring and cleaning machines. It can handle part width varying from 10 to 250 mm, height of 150 mm. On an average, 0.05 to 0.5 mm material is removed in one pass with an accuracy of 0.03 mm in thickness tolerance. Magnetic as well as non-magnetic jobs can be easily handled on this machine, which finds applications in industries like automobile, electrical, electronics, valve, hydraulic parts, compressors, etc.
