SURFACE GRINDING MACHINE

Solar Machine Tools offers precision Surface Grinding Machine. It is widely used for tool room purpose as well as for the production shops. The machine is made up of a well-ribbed structure cast iron. The wheel head spindle runs in precision angular contact bearing preloaded for optimum rigidity and life, assuring smooth and chatter free finish under the most demanding conditions. The spindle is grease packed. The motor is directly coupled to the spindle through a flexible coupling to eliminate vibrations. The wheel head assembly is mounted on a heavy column enclosed guide ways with cover to keep them dust free.
