These are fully automatic, economical models - 1020, 1022 and 1024 - most suitable for tool rooms as well as for production jobs. Injectman Plastics, the oldest manufacturer of surface grinder machines (for over 29 years), make these under the trademark of Bhurji. Ultra precision hardened nitralloy spindle (grease packed for the long life) runs in anti-friction bearings and is directly driven by a flange mounted motor (to eliminate any vibration) through flexible (with a micro feed) attachment to control the vertical accuracy. Its production and testing passes through rigorous inspection at manufacturing stages to ensure smooth and trouble free running and sensitivity essential for extra ordinary finish. The grinding size of machine varies from 225 x 350 mm to 300 x 600 mm.
