SUPER SPOOL VALVE

Siemag offers Super Spool Valve. The new, improved Super Spool Valve offers faster response, increased reliability and simplified mainten ance. This Super Spool Valve is a versatile pneumatic valve, ideal where dependability and performance are critical. Repeat cycling is accurate and reliable. Simplified design accounts for super spool"s consistently reliable performance on the rough jobs. Siemag builds it to take vibration and shock. Compact design of the super spool saves valuable space; modern styling enhances the appearance of your equipment. This is a versatile valve with interchangeable operators and valve bodies to provide a wide variety of stock combinations. All valves are available from our own factory stock. Use and maintenance: these valves have a mean life of 10 to 15 millions of cycles depending on application. Proper lubrication with specified oil reduces dramatically the wear of the seals and good filtration ensures long and trouble-free operation. Check that the operating conditions are in accordance with the recommended pressure, temperature and so on. The exhaust ports of the distributor should be protected in a dusty and dirty environment. A spare part kit including the spool complete of wearing seals and actuators is available for overhauling the Valve on request. This simple operation does not require a skilled worker, although particular care is needed for assembling the valve.
