Sump maintenance products

ITW Fluid Products Group offers a range of sump maintenance products. This includes the following four types of fluids: Killicide 700 - this is an EPA registered biocide, added to the sump to avoid the "Monday morning Odour"; Drum Mixer TD 75 - this sturdy, corrosion resistant mixer is used to dilute coolant concentrates with water in desired ratios. This comes with a series of color coded inserts, each of them delivering a specific dilution ratio. In addition, the location of the metering insert in the siphon tube discourages tampering; Refractometer - this is used to maintain and control the coolant concentration on a day to day basis; and Tramp Oil Skimmer - tramp oils seal the surface of the coolant in the sump against air, providing ideal growth environment for bacteria, which cause a host of problems. These remove the oils at the rate of up to 1-1/2 gallons per hour automatically, reliably and economically. Available in 12" and 18" disk sizes.
