Strip Forming Machines

Repute Industries offers Strip Forming Machine. This is an automatic machine used for the production of strip forms. The machine is provided with a heavy structure, press and provision for 6 slides, which is operated by individual cam settings, that enables to produce any type of strip forms. The wire is inserted to the feed rolls through the straightening unit. Pressure on the strip is adjusted by manual screwing of individual feed rolls. Wire length of one strip fed can be set by manual screwing segment type located in the backside of this machine. An AC drive is also provided with the machine to control the speed of the machine in various modes. In case of strip forms, punch and dies should be placed in press, which are replica to the strip forms geometry.
