Street light luminaire

Sansar Metal Industries manufactures a range of electrical fittings, fixtures and accessories. Pot type street light luminaire comprises of a single piece die-cast aluminium body, finished in stone enamelled hammer tone grey. The control gear section is pre-wired with all electrical accessories, namely heavy-duty ballast, capacitors, igniters, etc. The lamp compartment consists of a specially designed single piece, deep-drawn reflector made from high purity aluminium, electrochemically brightened and anodised to give a durable and bright mirror finish. A porcelain lamp holder is mounted on this reflector in such a way so as to provide for adjustable position. A single piece clear acrylic bowl made from polymethyl methacrylic is fixed to the main body by means of stainless toggles. The acrylic cover presses on to a specially treated insect-repellent felt gasket, which is fixed on to the periphery of the casting body. This prevents the ingress of dust and insects.
