Steel Roller Rocker Arms

Kishan Forge Pvt Ltd is an ISO certified manufacturer of Steel Roller Rocker Arms. These are close die forged from 4140 or 8620 steel, heat treated and shot-peened for additional strength and protection from long-term fatigue. These roller rocker arms ride on 3/4” wide bushings (stock is 1/2”), and feature a modified lubrication system for unrestricted roller oiling. Roller rocker arms are CNC machined for a perfect fit and include 2 front and 2 rear arms. Each roller rocker arm includes solid bronze bushings for extended life, and roller tips that reduce operating friction. Roller rockers are recommended for lowering static friction against the valve tip, more accurate valve timing, and reduced side load on the valve stem, which can increase valve guide life. Roller rocker arms are used in V-twin (V2) twin-cylinder internal combustion engine for high performance motorcycles like Royal Enfield/Harley Davidson Dyna/Softail/Sportster/Touring/Buell/S&S.
