Steam conditioning valves

Steam conditioning valves (desuperheaters) from Mazda Limited can operate in temperatures up to 800 degree C. The size range is 2 (50 mm) to 6 inches (15 mm). These valves conform to pressure standards of ANSI and can withstand pressures up to 600 lbs. The water control valve can be supplied at a pressure rate of approximately 3 bars above the outlet pressure of the main valve. These can also be supplied at maximum pressure rate of 20 bars. These valves maintain uniform evaporation of injected cooling water under all load conditions from the maximum to almost zero flow level. Rangeability is 40:1.
