- The range of industrial static mixers is used in mixing of different liquids in the fluids and material in the process industry.
- Mixers provide power-efficient mixing and do not involve moving parts during the inline mixing operation
- The mixers use stainless steel, exotic metals, PTFE & FRP for mixing elements and external housing as well; the components are pumped at the inlet of the mixing unit that comprises static mixing elements.
- The fluids are directed radically outwards and inwards along with a continuous flow of fluid in the forward direction; the speed of the movement can be changed by adding more mixing elements along with changing the angle of movement by consequent elements
- Requires no maintenance; cost effective in terms of installation and running costs; compact system concerning only pumping systems; low energy costs; efficient mixing; continuous process results in consistent quality of the output
