Static eliminator - heavy-duty multiple electrodes

Omnic static eliminator solves static problems found in packaging, printing, folding and processing of textiles, plastics, paper, film, foil and rubber industries. Static eliminators contribute to increase production, quality improvement, waste reduction and elimination of dust and dirt. Static generated in machines costs money by wasting time and material, creating production slow down, etc. Machines and other processes cannot run at high speed because static makes the material unmanageable, causing it to wind in the air, sticking together or otherwise making it hard to handle. Static, causing material to wind up on rolls and cylinders and stick to working surfaces, attracts dust. Static charge also causes processing problems like between formations, attract dust particles, sparking, and sealing of plastic bags and pouches. Also, machine operators run the risk of electric shock due to static charge. Principle of operation: accumulated static charge is neutralised by a stream of conductive gases along with a saturation of both positive and negative ions produced by sharp points of electrodes. Shape, size and number of electrodes can be designed as per individual application.
