SS Trays & Baskets for Ultrasonic Cleaning Machines

Progressive Ultrasonics offers SS Trays and Baskets custom designed to suit customers’ requirement. These trays are used to hold individual components/parts in them. The trays are provided with lid and with locking arrangement so that the components do not fall down during the rotation of the baskets during cleaning process. The trays are designed in such a way that there is only point contact between the tray/basket and components. And the components are accessible by the cleaning agent on all the sides thereby increasing the cleaning efficiency. Some of the customers using these trays are Bosch Ltd, Titan Industries, etc., using these trays in Durr ultrasonic cleaning machines. The company also manufactures ultrasonic cleaning and spray jet cleaning machines. The machines are available both in single chamber and multi-chamber models.
