Square Master

Micro-Flat Datums has been at the forefront of manufacturing precision inspection and metrology equipment. Square Master is a user friendly and economical equipment for measuring squareness in laboratories, tool rooms and workshops. It consists of a very accurate and calibrated cast iron column and a saddle sliding in vertical plane with a provision to hold dial gauge in front and lateral position. The saddle is designed to move very smoothly without any stick and slip with gentle force for taking up or down on the guide ways having balancing mechanism. The high accuracy and repeatability of the Microftat Square Master is ensured by positive contact of the saddle on the column and optimal guiding accuracy and rectangularity of cast iron column with generously dimensioned base. Models available: Model-300, travel 300 mm and accuracy 3 µm; and Model-500, travel 500 mm, accuracy 5 µm. The company claims to be the first and only organisation having ISO-9001-2000 certification as well as NABL accreditation (equivalent to NAMA’s, DKD, A2 LA) for its calibration laboratory in mechanical field meeting requirement of ISO/IEC 17025 quality standard for Testing & Calibration Laboratory covering scope of wide range of measuring instruments and gauges and inspection equipment.
