Spring Isolators

Spring Isolators are used for massive vibration and shock isolation of machines like power presses, shearing and bending machines, gensets, fans, blowers, centrifuges, test beds, textile machines, forging hammers, textile machines, etc. The spring isolators are combined with viscous safety damping. The elastic plastic viscous safety damping ensures a high degree of isolation combined with a higher reduction of the movement of the machine. In most cases viscous damping is required to limit excessive movement, which could occurs as a machine operates at a speed near to or coinciding with the resonant frequencies. This happens during run up and slows down of the rotating machines as it passes through the resonant frequency of the machine foundation system. The elastic plastic viscous is not influenced by oil, water or other aggressive fluids as the viscous system can be. The springs are made of high-grade wire and finished with protective coatings thus ensuring trouble free service life.
