Solarman Engineering Projects offers Heavy-Duty Spring End Grinding Machine. It is used for producing precision spring with fully automatic program control. The main features are: two loading plates for saving time, ie, one can be loaded while the other in grinding position; user friendly software for easy input of down feed speed of upper grinding wheel; ground and ungrounded length of spring; dwell time of spring grinding, loading plate speed; auto calibration and twin speed for up-down movement of upper grinding wheel thus saving time; and auto compensation for wear and tear of grinding wheel safety feature such as emergency stopping button and data panel to run the machine in manual mode. Specification: wire size - 2-12 mm; maximum spring diameter - 120 mm; spring length - 25-500 mm; and grinding wheel diameter - 650 mm.
