Spraying Equipment For Foundries

Fuji Air Tools (India) offers Delta Spraying Equipment, designed and manufactured for foundries for mixing, stirring and spraying of foundry chemicals. The equipment consists of a rectangular fabricated metallic stand, which has a funnel. The chemicals to be mixed are poured on the sides of the funnel. A spout caries the mixture of the chemicals in a circular vessel, on which is fitted a pneumatic stirrer. The stirrer stirs the different chemicals and the homogenous mixture is passed through a filter and then stored in a pressure chamber. A pneumatic pump then sprays the mixture through a nozzle on the castings. The equipment is tailor made for each application. Different capacity models are available. This is very useful equipment for increasing the efficiency of the process. Being completely pneumatically operated, it is free from electric sparks, and can be used effectively in hazardous areas. Maintenance cost is very low.
