Compete Tools Pvt Ltd offers Bullows Spray Guns for all kinds of spray painting requirements. For industrial paint shops, these rugged guns are the fastest available today. They are also suited for tough and continuous operation and ensure high quality performance and finish. Bullows spray guns achieve top performance by a combination of large, smooth flowing air passages and an oversize air value, which gives the lowest pressure drop. Coupled with these advantages is the new wide range of air nozzles, which results in unique performance. The air nozzle is made of hard aluminium alloy stamping with taper location on material nozzle to ensure permanent concentricity. Bullows spray guns, which come in red anodised finish, are suitable for all general industrial spray painting applications. The gun body is made of polished aluminium forging. Air pressure control at the rear side of the guns provides quick and accurate of stipple pattern. This controls pressure for fine shading or delicate work. These spray guns are the lightest, each one weighing about 0.57 kg. They are versatile with a wide range of nozzle set-ups for different applications to get desired quality finish. These guns can be used with a syphon cup or with paint circulated system, pressure feed container. Other salient features include: PTFE packing is used throughout; alignment assured by direct fastening of the air nozzle retainer ring to the material nozzle; robust construction out of high tensile aluminium alloy; and hammertone and wrinkle finishes are possible because of extra port control in the air circuit. Bullows spray guns come with special maintenance kits for easy maintenance. The aluminium syphon feed cup has a capacity of 750 ml for model 230. The feather light gravity feed nylon cup has a capacity of 500 ml for model 630.
