Mechelonic Engineers Pvt Ltd produces three-phase DC spot welding machines designed for heavy-duty production work. These machines are used for welding ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is suitable for welding aircraft components and rail coaches. The microprocessor based control helps in obtaining consistent and accurate weld results. The capacity of these machines ranges from 75 to 600 kVA at 50 per cent duty cycle. Throat depth varies from 400-2500 mm.
