Spool Valves

Iyappan Engineering offers Spool Valves. These valves are direct & pilot operated and electric, pneumatic, hydraulic & mechanical actuated. The electric actuation is by means of switching and proportional solenoid. Features: nominal sizes: NG3-mini, NG4-mini, NG4-ISO, NG6 and NG10 (flange); maximum pressures: up to 350 bar and volume flows: up to 100 l/min. Characteristics: low leakage oil as a standard; large variety of special spools; reduced and increased spool play for special applications; versions with enhanced corrosion protection; soft-switching versions for the reduction of switching shocks; valves with position monitoring for safety-relevant circuits; explosion-proof valves for applications within explosion hazard ambient; various sandwich spool valves; and short delivery times, even in the case of special versions.
