Spool type valve

Jenco Valves Mfg Co offers spool valve that contains brass/mild steel spool floating in static O-ring of synthetic rubber inside an aluminium body. The movement of spool is effected either through air pressure or mechanically. The various modes of actuation are listed in chart. For spring/air return type valve the signal (force) must be held continuously as long as actuation is desired. On the contrary the set reset detained type of valves need only a momentary presence of signal (force) for actuation. All spool valves can be supplied with sub base and gang manifold versions. Uses: these valves are used for controlling movements of double acting and single acting sir cylinders. The size of valve should be appropriate with the cylinder diameter, stroke and speed desired. Flowing medium: description-air or non-corrosive gas, pressure-0-10 kg/cm2 for mechanically operated valves, 2-10 kg/cm2 for pilot operated valves; temperature - 80(C maximum; orifice (NW)- 6, 9, 12, 19, 25 mm; port size solenoid - 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1" BSP; coil voltage 50 Hz AC - 230, 110, 48, 24, 12, 6 V; DC - 230, 110, 48, 24, 12, 6 V; solenoid coil- IP 65, continuous rating.
