SPIRAL LACE CONVEYOR BELT FASTENERS, NON-METALLIC

GMG Techno Trades offers Non-Metallic Alligator Spiral Lace Fastener System. It does not mark or scratch products being conveyed. It has continuous plastic spirals similar to notebook binding. It is then fabricated into both belt ends through various vulcanising/ bonding processes. It provides a quick-replacement, low-profile, easily separable alternative to costly, high-downtime vulcanised splicing for thin, light-duty conveyor belts. Various sizes accommodate belt thicknesses from 1/ 32" (0.8 mm) to 1/ 4" (6.4 mm) with mechanical fastener ratings of up to 50 PIW (8.7 kN/ m).
