Spiracages for Bag Filters

Aircon Handling Systems offers Spiracages used in the bag filters, dust collectors, and bin vent filters. In the arena of dust extraction, traditionally cages for bag filters were fabricated with steel stiffeners and rings. Rings being fabricated out of rods, any failure of welding invariably would lead to the same opening up, thus causing another damage on the costly bags. The Spiracages, on the other hand, is an advanced version of cages used in the bag filters. Fabricated out of stiffeners and a single spiral ring to the entire length of cage causes neither loss of shape nor damage to the bags, even in the worst case of failure of weldment. The welded joints being inside the cage, there is absolutely no chance for the same to be in contact with the filter bags thus eliminating even the remote chance of bag getting damaged during installation, operation or periodic maintenance. Aircon offers Spiracages with all the jigs, fixtures and other machinery in MS construction, complete with galvanised/red oxide/enamel paint finish as per requirements. Clamp type and snap band type Spiracages are also manufactured in SS 304/SS 316- with different venturii on top.
