Spindle Chillers

Advance Cooling Systems offers a Spindle Chillers. These are designed to cool CNC machine tool spindle oil. These oil chillers are available in 960 kCal/hr to 2,000 kCal/hr cooling capacities (higher models on request) with or without tank and pump. These chillers are offered in "set-point" or "differential" type of temperature control. Features: prime importance are given to the choice of components used, which are thoroughly subjected to strict in-coming inspection; and every unit is tested from zero to full load for cooling and other manufacturing defects on specially designed test rigs. Compressors: choice of hermetic, semi-hermetic, scroll, rotary or screw compressors as per customer/application needs. Pumps: centrifugal (SS, MS, plastic or non-ferrous) and positive displacement pumps (gear, vane or piston) in the desired flow rate and working pressure. Electricals: high quality switchgear, wires and other electrical equipment used to give trouble free performance. PLC offered for application specific logic control. Control voltage: 220 V (AC), 110 V AC or 24 V (DC).
