Spider Nozzles

Using Macrospray macrolaminate technology, Parker offers multi-injection point Spider Nozzles that produce an extremely fine spray with smaller droplets than conventional pressure-swirl design or impact-type nozzles. Utilizing two, four, six, eight, or twelve spray points per assembly, spider nozzles are able to provide a much larger coverage area than conventional pressure-swirl or impact nozzles—ideal for applications where higher volumes of liquid with fine drop sizes are required, such as gas conditioning. Chemically machined geometries provide smooth, efficient flow passages and permit complex or multiple-flow circuits while lower operating pressures reduce erosion and provide for sharper spray startup and shutdown.
