Speciality Lubricants

Lubgraf Synoils offers Speciality Lubricants for aluminium pressure die-casting. These products are made available from a range of speciality lubricants from Lubgraf Synoils. The range includes: aluminium pressure die-casting - graphited and non graphited plunger lubricants - longer plunger life by two to four times; polymer base water dilutable die coats - higher dilution up to 500 times; and graphited oil for die lubrication - no stains on cast parts, graphite does not settle. Mould and extrusion lubricants: colloidal graphite in oil for mould and die lubrication - higher mould/die life; and graphite base powder lubricant for extrusion/rolling application - reduce rolling time effectively. Drawing lubricants: drawing lubricant for aluminium/copper/brass cold drawing - no soap or fat material, excellent lubrication; drawing lubricant for SS/alloy steel tubes and wires - no pre coating or heating is required; reactive lubricant for carbon steel wires and fine tubes - cold process, better surface finish. Also available lubricants based on molybdenum disulfide, graphite, Teflon, silicone and synthetic oils, EP cutting oil, semi and fully synthetic coolants, and polymer quenchants.
