Special riveting machine for the cookware industry

Bharat Mechanical Works has developed a special riveting machine for the cookware industry. The robust C-frame structure is fitted with a pneumo-hydraulic drive, capable of generating a riveting force of 8 (eight) tonnes to take care of the heaviest riveting requirement in the industry. The throat depth of 5" (125 mm) can accommodate all types of handle-riveting requirements. A compact width of 4 1/4"(110 mm) of the C-frame body facilitates entry of the smallest of vessels onto the anvil for riveting. Riveting capacity: rivet shank dia - aluminium - 10 mm, mild steel - 6 mm and stainless steel - 6 mm.
