Special Gland Packing

Nekhil Incorporate offers Special Gland Packing, SLADE 3300 Series. It is designed for excellent sealing of gland without seal and cooling water. This Dry Sealing System is made with patented graphite foils (99.9%) and carbon fiber. It is referred to as mechanical packing in the industrial maintenance circles. The design also ensures no shaft/sleeve wear and leak. The sealing product works between 0 and 14 PH; -240 to 1000 degree centigrade; and handles pressure from vacuum up to 5000 PSI/350 bar. The gland seal withstands surface speed up to 1400 m/min and is suitable for reciprocating pumps. Sealing of abrasive slurries are also very much possible with Slade. The valve packing comes with lifetime warranty ? with 96 % zero leak and 99% having less than 100 ppm. The performance tests have been certified by PERF and API 589 & 607 standards. Different types of gaskets are also offered.
