Sparger nozzles

Omega-Kemix Pvt Ltd offers sparger nozzles that are commonly used for introducing steam or gases into liquids. These sparger nozzles can be screwed or bolted to sparger dip pipes to enhance the efficiency of gas liquid mass transfer. Sparger nozzles are designed in such a way to facilitate immersion in liquids. When gas is passed through the nozzle it is dispersed as very fine bubbles. These bubbles promote considerable internal agitation so that all the liquid gets contacted with the sparged gas. There are several advantages of sparger nozzles as compared to conventional spargers: generates very fine bubbles; fine bubbles have less rising velocity hence higher residence time; fine bubbles also have higher gas-liquid interfacial area resulting in better mass transfer rates, non clogging and higher heat transfer co-efficients.
