Solid State Relays

Ruby Electronic Enterprises offers Solid State Relays. It is of high frequency type. The rating is 10 kHz, 5 V and above, 0.5 A onwards. Features: time on is less than 10 microseconds; time off is less than 10 microseconds; voltage drop is very low (less than 150 mV); and input is TTL compatible. Applications: navigational transponders, on load signal processing in aeroplanes/ ships (low power), low power DC-DC converters, radio theodeolite balloon atmospheric tracking, radar signal processing, low power HF inverter, etc. Other electrical products are also offered.
