Solid carbide slitting saw

Wimett Hardmetals Ltd manufactures solid carbide slitting saws useful for sawing, slitting and milling of cast iron, brass, malleable cast iron, brass, aluminium with sllico, graphite, plastics, glass also steel and cast steel. These saws are available both with fine pitch and coarse pitch. The slitting saws (also solid carbide form and profile milling cutters) are offered with and without coating. Slitting saws with fine pitch have number of teeth from 20 to 200, depending upon diameter and thickness in the range 0.1 to 10 mm. The saws are available in standard and special carbides, eg, ISO K10 P40 and also in other special carbide grades. These can work at very high speeds and feeds and cut very precision slits. The saws are also available in square cut, concave/convex shapes or any desired profile.
